Plain HTML
A simple HTML site consists of any number of static HTML pages. These pages can be edited with any program that edits HTML pages, like Word, Netscape, Internet Explorer, or even a plain text editor (if you know HTML).
Advantages:
- Editing pages is easy.
- Fastest turn around time (probably less than one day).
- Will work on any web site that allows you to transfer files by ftp.
Disadvantages:
- Difficult to add new pages or change navigation.
- If you want to change often, will be more expensive in the long run because you will probably have to pay somebody to rewrite the site.
Cost: Low to moderate; $50 minimum.
